Amit Yadav is a Senior Technical Writer (DevOps) at Digital.ai since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at HCL Technologies as a Lead Technical Writer from 2021 to 2022 and as a Senior Technical Writer from 2018 to 2021. At HCL Technologies, Amit implemented a new PubHub project build using GitHub and VS code for Cisco DNA platform API release versions, documented Cisco DNA Center platform APIs using Visual StudioCode, Git, and GitHub, and reviewed and validated the DNA platform APIs using third-party Swagger Editor and JSON Formatter & Validator cloud tool for clarity and conformity to Cisco standards. Before joining HCL Technologies, Amit worked as a Technical Writer at CADES-Studec Technologies India from 2016 to 2018, where they developed customer-facing functional and technical documents and published maintenance and configuration manuals. Amit also worked as a CAMO Assistant at The Bombay Flying Club in 2015 and as a Management Trainee Advertising at News World India from 2014 to 2015. Amit did a Summer Internship at PepsiCo in 2013, where they conducted market research and gathered competitor and product data. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Writer at Studec Technologies India from 2010 to 2011, a Trainee Tech at GoAir from 2009 to 2010, an Aircraft Trainee at Mesco Airlines in 2009, and a Trainee at Indamer Company Pvt Ltd from 2008 to 2008.

Amit Yadav completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Market Research from ITM Group of Institutions between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics from Annamalai University, graduating in 2009. Amit also holds a certification in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from HAAME Lucknow, which they acquired between 2005 and 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Amit obtained "Learn API Documentation with JSON and XML" from LinkedIn in July 2021 and "Cisco Security Ninja White Belt Advanced v.2" from Cisco in November 2018.
