Anna Ghazaryan is a Project Delivery Manager at Digitain, with a history of managing IT projects at Zoomerang and NI (National Instruments). Anna's experience includes roles as an Agile Coach and IT Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring project delivery, coaching teams on Agile practices, and assisting Product Owners with backlog prioritization. Previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist included troubleshooting, creating user documentation, and analyzing customer feedback. Anna is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the American University of Armenia, having previously earned Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in English Language and Literature from Yerevan State University.
