Thomas Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. 🐋Thomas is currently the Founder of Rural Ireland Tech Advocates, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, Thomas worked as a Principal Automation Engineer at DIGIT Game Studios starting from September 2019. In 2017, they co-founded and organized ShipItCon, a community-driven conference focused on Software Delivery. From 2018 to 2019, Thomas served as a Systems Engineer and D&I Team Member at Riot Games. 🐋Thomas also worked at Demonware as a Build Engineer from December 2012 to March 2018. Thomas has also held positions at Oracle Corporation, Sun Microsystems, and Citigroup, where they gained experience in various roles related to automation development, testing, and configuration management. Thomas Shaw attended Queen's University Belfast from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Joint Honors Degree (BSc) in Business Administration and Computer Science. In October 2017, they also obtained a certification as a Docker Certified Associate from Docker, Inc.
