Faisal Shahzad is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network operations and management. Currently serving as FO NOC Manager at Digis Squared since December 2021, Faisal leads network assurance and customer handling initiatives. Prior roles include Team Lead at Ericsson, where responsibilities encompassed managing mobile access NOC teams, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence, and overseeing incident and change management. As Duty Manager at Shabakkat, Faisal managed field maintenance services and customer interfaces, while earlier roles as Telecom Consultant and Team Lead RAN at Ericsson involved network surveillance and support for both 3G and 4G LTE services. Faisal holds an Engineerā€™s Degree in Telecom from Preston University and a Quality Auditing Certification from Ericsson School of Education.
