Geovanna Rodrigues is currently serving as an Analista de Gestão de Serviços de TI JR at Digio since December 2023. Previously, Geovanna held the position of Incident Manager at Natura &Co from August 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included classifying and managing critical incidents, monitoring services using Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana, acting as the focal point for operations, and presenting critical incidents to the IT forum for Natura's executive team. Geovanna is pursuing a degree in Sistemas de Informação at Impacta Tecnologia, expected to be completed in August 2027, and has an educational background that includes a Técnico em Redes de Computadores degree from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP, and English language training from CNA - Chácara Inglesa.
