Serkan Bayar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Serkan is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Enno Wallet & Enno Cash, a role they assumed in July 2021. In addition, they are an Assembly Member at Eskişehir Ticaret Odası since October 2022.

Prior to their current positions, Serkan held the position of Chief Executive Officer at DigiliraPAY, a blockchain payment gateway, starting from October 2020. Serkan also co-founded digilira, a payment gateway for converting fiat Turkish liras into TRY tokens hosted on the Waves blockchain, in December 2017.

Serkan's earlier experience includes being a Co-Owner of Bayar Teknoloji ve İletişim AŞ, a franchise of Türk Telekom, a telecommunications company. Serkan has also worked as an Instructor at Eskisehir Technical University from July 2018 to October 2020, and as an Air Traffic Controller at Anadolu University from April 2009 to July 2018.

Serkan Bayar completed their Bachelor's degree in Hava Trafik Kontrolü from Anadolu Üniversitesi from 2004 to 2008. Serkan then pursued a Master's degree in the same field from Anadolu Üniversitesi from 2010 to 2013. Currently, Serkan Bayar is a Ph.D. Student in Hava Trafik Kontrol at Anadolu University, with an unspecified end year for their doctoral studies.
