Donald Fraser is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in IT security, compliance, and management. Currently serving as the IT Security and Compliance Manager at Digicall Group since December 2022, Donald Fraser has established comprehensive governance frameworks, improved ISO 27001 processes, and developed extensive training programs to cultivate a culture of security awareness. Previously, as IT Manager at Advance Call for over a decade, Donald Fraser directed all IT operations, implemented risk management frameworks, and ensured data integrity through effective disaster recovery plans. With earlier roles as IT Analyst and Team Leader at Bee Visual Animations, and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pretoria, Donald Fraser has consistently demonstrated leadership and technical expertise. Donald Fraser holds a BSc in Information Technology and a BSc Honours in Technology Management from the University of Pretoria, along with an Advanced Hardware and Networking Diploma.
