About the role
Are you a strategic Product Marketing professional passionate about crafting compelling product stories and positioning them in the market? Do you excel at identifying market opportunities and shaping product strategy? We want to talk to you.
Digibee seeks a Product Marketing leader to define and optimize our GTM motion for the North American and Brazilian market. The ideal candidate will take a “first-principles” approach to the role, identifying white spaces where Digibee’s product differentiation brings the most impact, and crafting the messaging and positioning to go after that opportunity. This role will involve a blend of strategic responsibilities, acting as a partner to the company leadership on both product and marketing strategy.
On a typical day you will..
- Build and own core company positioning and messaging, aligning Digibee’s product differentiation and vision with market opportunities.
- Align and coordinate efforts across Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Marketing, and Creative teams.
- Anchor and quarterback key integrated pipeline generation campaigns, executing with teams across Marketing and Sales
- Drive sales enablement activities to support the GTM motion
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to influence the product roadmap, drive packaging and pricing, and launch new product capabilities in support of the GTM strategy
- Lead the development and execution of global go-to-market strategies, establishing comprehensive messaging to position the product effectively.
- Build and lead the product marketing function, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Conduct customer and market research to define target segments and personas.
- Manage marketing budgets and financial planning for product launches and campaigns.
- Create compelling marketing content for various platforms, including blogs, webinars, and white papers.
- Define and track performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Support the sales team with sales enablement materials and assistance throughout the sales process.
- Drive innovation and manage changes in marketing strategies and tactics to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain industry knowledge, including relevant technical backgrounds and certifications.
What you’ll need to bring:
- Significant and high-trajectory experience with Product Marketing roles in iPaaS or adjacent fields (e.g., API management, data integration, process automation, event streaming, products for developers, etc)
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into customer-relevant messages across multiple audience personas
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proven success in developing and executing global go-to-market plans for SaaS or cloud services.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and financial planning.
- Ability to create and communicate compelling product stories and content.
- Experience in supporting sales enablement and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A technical background in relevant fields and certifications, such as those from the Pragmatic Institute, are a plus.
