Max Flodén is an experienced professional in digital government, health technology, and digital marketing, currently serving as Project Lead and Product Owner for the Single Digital Gateway at the Swedish Agency for Digital Government (Digg) since August 2023. Max co-founded DigiCare, a company focused on enhancing communication and care in elderly care through digital solutions, and operates a one-man company, XS Tech, specializing in online products and consulting. Previous roles include Chief Digital Officer at Svenska Fribrevsbolaget Försäkring, CTO and Interim CEO at Karriärstart, and CEO at Traineeguiden, with a strong emphasis on employer branding and recruiting solutions.
