As the holder of Digby’s Private Security Contractor, Private Detective, and Fingerprint Vendor licenses, Lenita’s oversight ensures that Digby’s remains in compliance with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations. Her leadership has been a key catalyst of the growth of Digby’s and of Digby’s being selected to receive the prestigious World Business Chicago’s CASE program 2015 Business of the Year award. In 2017, the Chicago Defender also recognized Lenita personally as a “Woman of Excellence”. Lenita holds a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University.
