Selemela Modiba is an experienced aquatic ecologist currently serving as an Assistant Aquatic Ecologist at Digby Wells Environmental since November 2020. Modiba began a professional journey with a Bursary Internship at NOW4TOMORROW from January to December 2020, where responsibilities included mentorship coordination. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Aquatic Health, pursued at the University of Johannesburg from January 2022 to December 2023, a Bachelor of Science Honours in Zoology/Animal Biology from the same institution during 2021, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology obtained from the University of Pretoria between 2018 and 2020.
