Floyd Nhluvukiso is an Assistant Stakeholder Engagement Consultant at Digby Wells Environmental since February 2023, with experience in researching the impacts of mining activities on communities and engaging stakeholders. Previous roles include Teacher Assistant at Bona Comprehensive High School, where responsibilities involved assisting teachers and managing administrative tasks, and Student Assistant at North-West University, providing support to administrative personnel and professors. As a Student Researcher at North-West University, Floyd conducted qualitative research on rainfed agriculture's effects on small-scale farmers in Limpopo, gaining skills in data collection and analysis. Additional experience includes serving as an Examination Assistant for the Limpopo Department of Education. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Development Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from North-West University, with further studies in Project Management at the University of Cape Town planned for 2024.
