Anita Sisopha is an experienced professional in research and product development, currently serving as an Independent Consultant since 2023, specializing in user, sensory, and consumer research, project and partnerships management, and technical content writing. Previously, Anita held positions at Kantar as a Senior Account Manager, Fonterra as a Product Experience and User Research Scientist, Cavendish Farms as a Product Manager for National Private Label Brands, and ACCE International as a Sensory & Consumer Research Manager. Early career experiences include roles at the University of Guelph as a Teaching Assistant in Sensory Evaluation of Foods and at York University as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in quantum dot sensitized solar cells. Anita holds a Master of Science in Food Science with a focus on Sensory Science from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Chemistry from York University.
