Maria Ugarova is a design researcher at diffferent since September 2022. Previously, Maria served as a lecturer at BSP Business & Law School from October 2019 to March 2022, teaching modules on qualitative methods, psychological diagnostics, and personal and social skills. Maria's experience at WBS TRAINING AG includes roles as project manager, employer branding manager, and recruiting manager, focusing on app development, cultural fit implementation, and HR strategies. Maria began as a working student in recruiting and has contributed to various projects across different companies, including Salber Institut and Schneider Group. Maria holds multiple degrees from BSP Business & Law School, including a Master of Science in Business Psychology, and has pursued further studies in analytical consulting and business in Russia.
