Nir Pincu has been working in the software engineering field since 2014. Nir started as a Software Developer at Amdocs in 2014, then moved to Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. in 2015. In 2016, they became a Senior Software Developer at Allscripts dbMotion - Population Health Management Solutions, where they were responsible for security authentication, communication, EMPI, business logic, and ElasticSearch. In 2019, Nir moved to Ribbon Communications as a Senior Software Engineer and is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Diffe.rent since 2022.

Nir Pincu attended the Moshal Program in Israel from 2011 to 2015. Nir then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Systems & Computer Software Engineering, General from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information systems engineering from the same university during the same time period.
