Leonhard Kurthen has extensive experience in the field of cyber security and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at difesa GmbH & Co. KG since July 2023, Leonhard previously worked as a Cyber Security Consultant at BDO Cyber Security GmbH, where responsibilities included IT-security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. Prior roles include Junior Consultant at Filics, where Leonhard focused on backend development and robot programming, and Associate at PwC Deutschland, performing information security auditing and technical penetration tests. Early in the career, Leonhard worked at OHB System as a Software Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies from FernUniversität in Hagen, a Master of Science in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the Technical University of Munich.
