Tapas Kumar Bhattacharjee is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in robotics, automation, and research and development. Currently serving as Senior Manager at DiFACTO Robotics and Automation since September 2021, Tapas Kumar focuses on team management and performance development. Prior to this, Tapas Kumar held the position of Senior R&D Engineer at Corteva Agriscience, where responsibilities included liaising with stakeholders to enhance research productivity. A career at GENERAL MOTORS TECHNICAL CENTRE INDIA spanned a decade, progressing from Engineer to Lead Engineer, with a focus on electrical and pneumatic circuit designs and system integrations across multiple continents. Tapas Kumar began the career as an Automation Engineer at Cimac Software Systems Pvt. Ltd and developed PLC-based control systems for automotive facilities at Tata Technologies.
