Tom Hootselle is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in credit administration and loan management. Since May 2016, Tom has served as the Chief Credit Officer at Dieterich Bank, overseeing the Bank's Credit Administration Department and ensuring high-quality loan origination and management. Prior to this role, Tom worked as an Engagement Director at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP from November 2010 to May 2016, specializing in loan reviews for financial institutions. Tom began their career as a Senior Loan Officer at Commercial State Bank of Waterloo from September 2008 to October 2010. Tom holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
