Padmal De Silva is an experienced professional in the automotive service industry, currently serving as a Senior Service Manager at Diesel & Motor Engineering PLC since August 2011, with prior roles including Service Manager and Service Engineer. Padmal's experience extends to academic roles, having worked as the Head of Reception (Technical) at the Open University of Sri Lanka from November 2009 to July 2011, where responsibilities included lecturing and acting as Subject Coordinator in various engineering disciplines. Padmal holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wolverhampton (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Technology in Automobile-Mechanical Engineering from the Open University of Sri Lanka (2002-2009).
