Linda DiRuzza is an experienced professional with a robust background in engineering support and software quality assurance. Currently serving as the Director of Global Engineering Support at Diebold Nixdorf since September 2003, Linda leads a global team across various locations, focusing on resolving ATM hardware and software issues and improving product support processes based on ITIL principles. Previously held positions include Manager of Software Quality Assurance and Support at Accelent Systems, Inc. and Software Development Manager at IBM, where significant contributions were made to the development of Web ATM applications. Linda's career began at Diebold Nixdorf, where expertise in ATM software engineering was established. Linda holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Math and Business from Bowling Green State University.
