Guillaume Cairou started their work experience in 2004 as the Président-directeur général at Didaxis. In 2013, they became a member of the Commission Entrepreneuriat and later served as the Porte-parole for Dominique Carlac'h, a candidate for the presidency of Mouvement des Entreprises de France (MEDEF) national. In 2016, they joined MEDEF Yvelines as a member of the conseil d'administration. Currently, they hold the position of Président de la Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie des Yvelines - Ile-de-France at Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région Paris Ile-de-France.
Guillaume Cairou received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physical sciences from Pierre and Marie Curie University. Guillaume attended this university from 1992 to 1995. Following their Bachelor's degree, they pursued further education in the field of Educational sciences. From 1995 to 1997, they studied at Faculté de Sciences Humaines et Sociales - Sorbonne (Université Paris Descartes) and earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree.
