Sylvain Perrier is an experienced consultant in governance and human resources, currently serving as a consultant at Say-on-pay since February 2017, where responsibilities include advising remuneration committees and holding a position as a board member. Additionally, Sylvain has been an Administrateur Referent at Didask since January 2017 and holds the role of Non-Executive Chairman of the Board at a distribution and logistics company serving the spa, cosmetic, and pharmacy sectors in Cambodia since 1998. Prior career highlights include serving as Directeur at Towers Watson from December 2000 to September 2014 and as Business Development lead for Total in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and Cambodia from 1995 to 2000.
