Luis Castro is a Senior Research Executive at Dichter & Neira Research since June 2023, overseeing client portfolios and analyzing information needs. Previously, from July 2021 to June 2023, Luis served as Supervisor de operaciones CEDI at Life Home Office Inc., focusing on logistics and operational improvements. Earlier roles include temporary positions at The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort Panama as a waiter and Grupo Calesa as an intern, where responsibilities revolved around safety, productivity, and inventory management. Luis also gained experience as a barman at The Bristol Hotel and as a reception agent at JW Marriott. Educationally, Luis is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Alta Gerencia at Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, following a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
