Ritwik Dey is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Design at DICE, Ritwik previously held roles including Head of Product Design at Sanity.io and Senior Director of Product Design at Medium, where responsibilities included leading design teams and driving product strategies. Prior positions include Principal Designer for Creators at Spotify and multiple leadership roles at Amplify, such as Vice President of Design and Creative Director of UX. Ritwik holds a Master of Fine Arts in Design & Technology from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
