Paige Smith is a seasoned professional in client success and box office management within the music and events industry. Currently serving as the Client Success Team Lead for North America at DICE since February 2019, Paige has a strong focus on team management, training, product feedback, and process optimization. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Client Success Specialist at DICE, Box Office Supervisor and Assistant at various venues, and internships in radio promotions and marketing. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Management from the University of West London and an Associate of Applied Science in Music Business from McNally Smith College of Music.
