Omar Srouji is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Director for Corporate and Compliance at DICE since April 2022, with prior experience as Corporate Counsel. Omar held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Kaplan International from October 2018 to March 2022 and served as Senior Manager in the Technology Law team at EY from February 2017 to September 2018. Additional roles include Corporate Senior Associate at both Taylor Vinters and Veale Wasbrough Lawyers, specializing in early-stage companies and corporate matters. Omar began their career as a paralegal at Oury Clark Solicitors, where qualifications as a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor were attained in February 2009. Omar holds an LLB from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed in 2004, and received earlier education at London Oratory School.
