Marta Fantin serves as the Director of Partnerships for Italy at DICE since November 2019, focusing on expanding the company's presence in the Italian market. In previous roles at DICE, Marta held positions including Interim Director of Music Partnerships, Head of Music, Music Lead, and Senior Account Manager. As a Co-Founder of Factory Flaws, an independent record label and publishing company, Marta has contributed to the music industry since February 2016. Prior professional experience includes leadership positions at Attractive.it s.r.l., where Marta was Head of e-commerce and Key Account Manager, and at Viacom as a Web Editor and Social Media Producer for MTV Italy. Marta holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed between 2004 and 2007.
