AJ Shear has a diverse work experience in the fields of marketing, communications, and media. AJ has held positions such as Director of Marketing at DiBella's Subs, where they were responsible for overseeing all marketing and communications activities for multiple locations. AJ Shear also worked as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Finger Lakes Visitors Connection, where they handled internal and external communications for the tourism organization. Additionally, they have experience as an Adjunct Professor at St. John Fisher College. In the media industry, AJ Shear served as an Editor for The Golden Times and Messenger Post Newspapers, where they were responsible for content development and design. AJ also worked as a Copy Editor/Reporter for The Palladium Times, contributing to daily newspaper publications.
