Kristen Nilles is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, team management, and dance instruction. Currently serving as a Dance and Fitness Instructor at Diaz Studio of Dance since May 2021, Kristen previously held positions at Caroo, where as Director of Customer Success and Customer Experience, significant achievements included overseeing a team that maintained a 97% customer retention rate and driving a 269% improvement in Net Promoter Score. Prior to Caroo, Kristen worked at SnackNation and Wolters Kluwer Health, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer success teams and enhancing client relationships, ultimately nurturing a substantial annual recurring revenue base.
