Charissa Hollister has extensive experience in software administration and implementation within the biotechnology sector, currently serving as a Senior Software Admin and Implementation Specialist at DiaSorin since August 2006. Responsibilities include overseeing software used in Quality Control testing, developing functionalities in Labware® LIMS, writing validations, establishing user requirements for new systems, and troubleshooting software issues. Charissa has progressed through various roles at DiaSorin, starting as a Product Support Scientist III and advancing to roles in product support and process management. In addition to expertise in software and labeling, Charissa has a background in sales as a Sales Associate at Massage Envy and as an Office Manager at KD, Inc., complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a recent certificate in Full Stack Web Development from the University of Central Florida.
