Joe Manila has over 14 years of experience in law enforcement and security coordination. Currently serving as the SAPD Security Coordinator at Diamonds Direct since October 2016, Joe Manila is responsible for developing scheduling for SAPD officers and implementing security protocols to prevent criminal activities at the business establishment. Additionally, Joe Manila has been a Police Officer with the City of San Antonio since May 2009. Educationally, Joe Manila holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Texas State University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
