Saad M. Soliman is a seasoned leader in social justice and criminal justice reform with extensive experience in consulting, workforce development, and reentry services. As Chief Executive Officer of Soliman Consulting LLC. since August 2012, Saad M. Soliman has provided expertise in advocacy, coalition building, and leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Delaware Workforce Development Board and previously holding roles including Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President of Government Affairs at Patient Sortal, Saad M. Soliman has a rich history of improving community services for individuals transitioning from incarceration. Other significant positions include Reentry TA Coach Navigation Consultant at JustLeadershipUSA, Executive Director of The Peers Mentoring Center, and Reentry and Training Specialist with the United States Probation Office. Education includes an Associate of Science in Business Management from Ashworth College.
