Shane Pritchard has a diverse work experience history. Shane started their career in 2009 as an Assistant Minister of Recreation at Quail Springs Baptist Church. In 2010, they transitioned to the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, working as a Child Welfare Specialist II until 2012.

From 2012 to 2021, Shane worked at SandRidge Energy, where they held multiple roles. Shane began as an Accounting Assistant and worked their way up to becoming a Senior Accounting Associate. Their responsibilities included financial analysis, accounting, and acting as an accounting analyst.

In 2016, Shane joined Allied, Inc., Realtors as a Realtor, focusing on real estate transactions. In 2020, they joined First Physicians Capital Group Inc (FPCG) as a Financial Analyst, analyzing financial data for the company.

Their most recent role is with Diamondback Energy, where they started in October 2021 as a Senior Accounting Analyst.

Shane Pritchard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology-Human Service from the University of Central Oklahoma. Additionally, they hold an Oklahoma Real Estate License from the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC).
