Kristi Tucker has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kristi started their career at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts as a Controller Trainee in 1991 and worked there until 1995. After that, they joined Time Warner Cable as an Accounting Supervisor from 1995 to 1998.

In 1998, Kristi began working at Energen, where they held various roles throughout their tenure. Kristi started as an Accountant and later became a General Ledger Supervisor and Gas Accountant until 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they served as the Supervisor of Retirement Administration. In 2005, they were promoted to the Director of Compensation and Benefits, a position they held until 2019. During their time at Energen, they gained experience in union contract negotiations, implemented SAP and ADP Payroll systems, developed wellness programs, and successfully passed two IRS pension plan audits.

From 2019 to 2023, Kristi worked as a Benefits Administration/HR Transition Consultant at Vista 300 Professional Services, LLC as a contractor.

Currently, Kristi Tucker is the Manager of Benefits and 401(k) at Diamondback Energy since 2023.
