Kevin Larson has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Kevin started their professional journey in 1983 at Cargill, where they worked as a Territory Manager in the Nutrena Feed Division until 1987. In 1988, they joined Balanced Energy Company as an Area Sales Manager and Director of Purchasing/Transportation. Kevin had a notable tenure at this company until 1991. Since then, Kevin has been associated with Diamond V, where they have held various roles. These include Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing - West, Team Account Leader/Regional Sales Manager, Region Manager - Central/National Account Manager, Director of National Accounts, Director of Global Key Accounts, and finally, Additives Commercial Director, Distribution, their current position.

Kevin Larson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from North Dakota State University, where they studied from 1979 to 1983.
