Samuel M. has a diverse professional background with significant experience in the food and hospitality industry. Since April 2017, Samuel has been a shareholder at Lei Garden Restaurant Group in Singapore, a branch of Hong Kong’s Lei Garden Group, following a previous position as Secretary at Yanlord Land Group Limited from March 2011 to October 2016. In April 2020, Samuel took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at CAESAR FOODS LIMITED, focusing on the management of production and import/export operations in a food processing factory. Samuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Melbourne Business School, where studies were completed from April 2006 to September 2010.
