Adedamola Sode is a Software Systems Engineer at Diamond Light Source since August 2023, specializing in synchrotron and accelerator sciences with a focus on control systems and beamline development. Prior to this, Sode worked as a Robotics Software Engineer at Xihelm, developing proprietary software for agri-tech robotics, and as a Robotics Engineer focused on computer vision at HIRO Robotics S.r.l., where research centered on deep learning solutions for automated recycling. Earlier experiences include an apprenticeship in vehicle maintenance at Kento AutoCare and an engineering internship at Pilot Science Company Limited. Adedamola Sode holds master's degrees in Robotics Engineering and Control and Robotics from the University of Genoa and Centrale Nantes, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Covenant University.
