Brian Miles serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors and executive management team of Diamond Kinetics.

He also serves as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations for Fanatics, the global leader in licensed sports merchandise.

Brian has spent his career in variety of roles across the financial space. He began his career as a senior research analyst for a +$2.0 billion dollar mutual fund complex, covering the consumer and internet industries.

From there, he joined GSI Commerce, a leading provider of outsourced e-commerce services, as Manager, Corporate Development and Investor Relations, through their $2.4 billion sale to eBay.

Brian then served as Vice President of Finance for Kynetic, a holding company which owns majority stakes in three e-commerce businesses: Fanatics, RueLaLa and ShopRunner.

While at Kynetic, Brian played a key role in numerous acquisitions,debt and equity financings, as well as numerous other strategic projects.

In his current role at Fanatics, Brian serves as the lead on mergers & acquisitions, fundraising and oversees all financial aspects of Fanaticsā€™ business development, as well as its strategic opportunities.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Business Administration, with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Millersville University. Additionally, he holds a Masters in Accountancy from Villanova University and is a CFA Charterholder.
