Chima Ugwuibe is a seasoned project management professional with significant experience in the banking and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Africa Growth Development International Limited since January 2019, Chima is involved in quality control for the Financial System Strategy 2020, a national reform initiative by the Central Bank of Nigeria aimed at transforming the country's financial sector. Prior to this role, Chima worked as a Business Compliance Manager at IC World Emporia Centre, focusing on operational and financial audits. From November 2005 to April 2015, Chima was a Customer Service Manager at Diamond Bank Plc, where management of daily operations and branch financial performance was key. Chima holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, earned between 1998 and 2003.
