Tigran Harutyunyan is a Chief Financial Officer at Dial Telecommunications since June 2015, overseeing the financial and legal departments, managing financial transactions, handling invoicing and billing processes, providing financial reports and forecasts, and conducting negotiations. Previously, Tigran worked at the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, focusing on EU-Armenia cooperation and WTO affairs. Tigran also has experience in sales, program evaluation, and carrier relations management. Tigran holds a Master's Degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the American University of Armenia and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Yerevan State University.
