James Arnold is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at Dialpad since March 2017, James has a background in tier 3 telecommunication support. Prior to this role, James served as a Telecommunications Specialist in the United States Marine Corps from January 2013 to March 2017. James holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Wake Technical Community College, as well as education from the University of Central Florida.
