Dave Skiba is an experienced professional in product management and software engineering, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Dialpad since October 2021. Previously, Dave held the position of Vice President of Products at Koopid Inc, driving global product strategy and innovation for AI-powered communication solutions. Dave's extensive tenure at Avaya included various leadership roles focused on digital customer experience, analytics, and multimedia research. With foundational roles in software engineering at companies such as Lucent, Voice Input Technologies, and Alkon, Dave has developed a strong expertise in speech recognition and automation technologies. Dave earned a BS in Computer Science from Franklin University and has attended several other institutions, including The Ohio State University and Xavier University.
