About the team

Dialpad’s Partner Alliance Manager is a part of the team assigned to Google on a global basis and will have the exciting opportunity to help drive Dialpad’s growing partnership with Google. This will include ensuring consistent engagement with internal and external key stakeholders to drive forward an effective sell-with partnership. The Partner Alliance Manager will act as a conduit between Dialpad’s sales organization and the Google Cloud sales and partnership teams to drive net new co-sell opportunities and bookings.Ěý

The Dialpad Strategic Partnerships team plays an essential role in the overall company strategy and can expect to be called on by senior leadership for their expertise in sales, marketing, and enablement as it pertains to the overall success of the partnership. The team is responsible forĚý yielding significant qualified pipeline and bookings results and collaborates closely with sales leaders, account executives, marketing managers, and enablement program managers to reach and exceed their goals.ĚýĚý

Your role

As a Partner Alliance Manager, you’ll contribute to and deliver on our strategy by aligning with and managing Google Cloud’s regional relationships while maintaining focus on the key partnership priorities. This includes driving field sales alignment, training and educating the Google sellers, aligning on key accounts, and providing consistent management and reporting of open co-sell pipeline. By building and maintaining strong professional relationships within the Google Cloud ecosystem, you will help expand meaningful engagement within the partnership while driving net new opportunities and top-line revenue growth.

This position reports to our AVP of Strategic Partnerships.

What you’ll doĚý

  • Work cross-functionally to support the execution of our joint go-to-market strategy with Google Cloud.
  • Facilitate account mapping and other joint sales engagements between the Dialpad and Google Cloud sales teams in target geographies to drive net new pipeline.
  • Register and manage co-sell leads and pipeline utilizing Dialpad’s internal CRM and the Google partner registration portal.
  • Collaborate frequently with key members of the Dialpad Strategic Alliance Team and Google Cloud go-to-market partnership teams.
  • Lead regional partner sales trainings and be able to effectively articulate the value of the partnership.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quotas and goals.
  • Travel to events and meetings as needed to support the partnership.

Skills you’ll bringĚý

  • 3+ years of partner sales management experience.
  • Preferred background in working with/for a major Cloud Solution Provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong presentation skills (both in-person and virtual).
  • Team player with a strong drive and desire to yield significant revenue growth.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines.
  • Ability to align cross-functionally within numerous internal organizations.
  • Experience in strategic account management and planning.
  • Passion for working with and growing large partnerships / organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Direct sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Self starter with strongĚý organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with professional business acumen.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
