From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Freelance Writer for Powered and a Technical Writer for Marsh McLennan. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Senior IT Technical Writer for TIAA-CREF. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Consultant/Content Developer for The Mosaic Company. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Documentation Manager for BancVue Ltd. and a Freelance Writer for BLUE Interactive at WPP. Since 2013, they have worked as a Content and Brand Manager, Senior Writer, and Writer for The Dialog Group of Companies.
