Tom Warson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and project controls. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Product Management at Dialexa since May 2022, Tom focuses on delivering innovative technology solutions and driving product strategy using agile methodologies. As the Founder and Director of The WISE Project Company since January 2018, Tom provides coaching and consulting for organizational change and project management. Previous roles include Business Process Consultant at Sage Method, Project Controls Manager and Business Process Analyst at Lucid Energy Group, Project Controls Analyst at EnLink Midstream, and Engineer, Specialist at Parsons. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
