Mathilde C. started their work experience in 2013 as a Chef de produit at Spadel. In 2013, they also worked as an Assistante Chef de Produit Le Club AccorHotels at Accor. In 2016, they became a Chef de projet marketing at ADVANCED Schema. In 2017, Mathilde joined Opportunity as a Customer Success Manager - Responsable Expérience Client, where they were responsible for implementing intelligent, proactive, and personalized strategies based on consumer behavior. Mathilde also managed and supervised marketing automation campaigns and handled project management tasks such as defining customer experience strategies, identifying pain points, and managing timelines. Mathilde is currently working at DialOnce as a Customer Success Manager, starting in 2022.
Mathilde C. completed their education with a Master's degree in Commerce from Telecom Ecole de Management, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In 2013, they also had the opportunity to attend Jagiellonian University for a semester as part of their studies in Management. Prior to their Master's program, Mathilde obtained a Licence in Economie from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, which they completed between 2008 and 2011.
