Xóchitl Caballero is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Head of Engineering & Product at diagnostikare since April 2023, where responsibilities include leading the technology and engineering team to uphold product quality and security standards using agile methodologies. Previously, Xóchitl held key roles such as Tech Lead at Santander, overseeing software application development, and Technical Product Development Manager/Scrum Master at Zero a la Derecha, managing a team in the fintech sector. With a solid foundation in software engineering management at Centro de Ingenieria y Desarrollo Industrial, and experience in various software development roles since 2005, Xóchitl has extensive technical expertise, including proficiency in programming languages and software lifecycle management. Xóchitl also shares knowledge as a part-time professor in engineering fields at Tecnológico de Monterrey and has advanced degrees in Cybersecurity and Electronics and Telecommunications.
