Stephen Back is a Partner at Diagnostic Imaging Associates, providing radiology services to a wide range of hospitals and clinics. Since 2011, Stephen has also served as an Associate Radiologist and Member of the Board of Directors for the Adult Congenital Heart Association, advising on strategic plans and evaluating organizational performance. In addition to these roles, Stephen is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Oklahoma State University Medical Center, contributing to the radiology residency program and facilitating didactic sessions. As Diagnostic Radiology Departmental Chair at Oklahoma State University Medical Center, responsibilities include reporting to the Medical Executive Committee, developing departmental policies, and overseeing radiologist credentialing. Stephen's early career included a residency position at Oklahoma State University Medical Center, where leadership roles in the Chief Residency Council were held. Stephen holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Loyola University New Orleans.
