Tamika Gaines is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and community organization. Currently serving as Maintenance Team Lead at Diageo since January 2022, Tamika previously held the role of Manager of Manufacturing Operations at GE. As the Founder and Executive Director of "Hope For America," a nonprofit organization established in 2018, Tamika focuses on increasing awareness and access to skill trades. Prior to that, Tamika founded There's Hope for Detroit LLC and worked in management for the City of Detroit DWSD, overseeing supervisors. Tamika holds a Bachelor's Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Wayne State University.
