Iain Catto serves as the Manufacturing Process Business Leader at Diageo since November 2024. Previously, Iain held the position of Process Lead at Celtic Renewables Limited from September 2022 to November 2024, overseeing plant operations, risk assessments, and process operator leadership. Prior roles include Chief Officer and Production Process Operator at Targe Towing Limited and Marine Crew at Boskalis, with responsibilities encompassing vessel operations, mechanical maintenance, and crew management. Additionally, Iain worked as a Ballast Control Operator for Transocean, focusing on rig stability and coordination of marine traffic. Early career experience includes completing a Merchant Navy Deck Cadet training program with Anglo-Eastern and working as a Process Operator at Diageo. Iain holds a Foundation degree in Marine Science from Solent University and a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from UHI.
